I had found Direct Express from searching on-line and reading reviews similar to this one. We were not disappointed. Everything went off as planned from the pick-up in CA to delivery in OH. Carrier called the day before pickup and delivery to allow us to plan and not take off all day from work. They made their windows for both. Car was delivered intact and no issues...as expected.
