Direct Express was referred to me by my brother, who used them to transport a new vehicle he purchased online from Pennsylvania to Alabama. He was happy with them so I decided to try them out when I moved from Arizona to Alabama in November. I had done some comparison shopping prior to booking and discovered my quote of $775 was very reasonable. The only concern I had was about the period of time between when a driver was assigned and when I heard from the driver, but that may have been the driver's issue and not Direct Express. Other than that, I was satisfied with the entire process and would definitely recommend the company to anyone who asked. I would use them again if the need arose.
