Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. We are sorry that customer Thomas Determan is dissatisfied with the service, but the issue was his remote location 35 miles north of Pittsburgh. We wish Mr. Tom Determan lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
