I must admit I was a bit apprehensive about shipping thevanr to my neice. After reading all of the positive reviews I decided to 'take a chance' and book the transport. I must say that it was effortless. I called the company to check on the status of my delivery as I had not heard from them since the booking online. They asked if I had checked my 'spam' file on myy email. They were correct, all of the information they sent had in fact had gone into my spam account. They gave me the name of my driver and I called Michael. He was kind, professional and courteous. He actually picked up the van day early which kind of threw me for a loop, but it all worked out fine, and I would not hesitate one bit to use this company or Michael from A+ Wrecking Service out of Alabama again! The van arrived in Tennessee today! Thanks so very much!
