Goodfolks, I will certainly use the service again when it's time to move the car home.
Specifics of the move: The driver and his partner were on time in California to pick up the car. They called the day before to tell me what time they would be arriving. On the morning of the move they called me 1/2hour before the scheduled time to confirm the pick up.
On arriving they explained the procedure that they would be following regarding checking the car for damage. At every step along the way they explained what was happening.
30 minutes later the car was on it way to upstate New York.
5 Days later the car had arrived in New York and I was notified. I changed the plans slightly and had the car delivered to the Embassy Suites parking lots early the next morning. This change allowed the driver to pick up my Wife and Daughter and conveniently deliver the car to where they would be staying. It working out perfectly!
As I said at the beginning the entire move went as planned (actually better than I thought) and I'll use the service again.

BTW - knowing that someone on the other end of the country would be there to pick up my family at the airport and give them the car was priceless.
