Direct Express Transport my worst nightmare

Dealing with Direct Express Transport has been a total nightmare. Rule number one: NEVER pay for any part of transport services before the car is picked up! Rule number two: NEVER under any circumstances pay for any part of service before the car is picked up! Rule number Three: Never deal with Direct Express Transport.

I placed an order with this organization and authorized $150.00 payment after some research. But not enough. They have a big fancy Website, were cordial on the phone (at least before they got my money), and I thought their offices being only 25 miles from where the car was being picked up would be a big advantage. They assured that the car would be picked up in four days. After a week of silence I called, again they would pick it up in four days. The second week passes by and I hear nothing. I call again all I got was lip service! I asked for a refund and called someone who can actually get the job done. What could be so difficult about moving a car across our country?

I have found out that getting a refund from these people is even harder then getting them to transport a car. Four phone calls, weeks later, and still no refund. I have since resorted to challenge the charge to Master Card! Remember rule numbers One, Two, and Three…

Unfortunately Bill of Ohio attempted to ship his SUV during a period of frigid winter weather in the Midwest and heavy snowfall in the Sierra Mountains. Other customers seemed to understand, and when the weather cleared they received their vehicles. Our refund policy is easy too, and had Bill simply followed our directions (rule number 1 - follow directions) he would have received his refund long ago. We are sorry that Bill was inconvenienced and wish him well in his future endeavors.
