I was very pleased and impressed overall with the great customer service I received from Direct Express Auto Transport. Everything worked out very smoothly and I have no complaints whatsoever. The time line that was given to me from the time my car would was assigned a driver to the time that I would receive my car was faster than I had anticipated which made it a pleasant surprise. The driver was very pleasant and professional and arrived on time just like he said he would. My car was received in excellent condition. The driver kept me informed of important details I needed to know. >Iwould use their services again and referr them to others.
