Do not use this company

Direct Express Auto was the first company I tried to use to ship my vehicle cross country because they solicited the best price. After quoting a great initial price, charging the credit card, and receiving a confirmation email, nothing else happened with this company. I gave them a week prior to the shipment availability to tell me if there was carrier moving west so I could make arrangements for one vehicle for my family, and I received no response. After 7 days in the availability period, I was assured that they would find someone moving west soon, if i was willing to expand the area where I was willing to drive to meet the driver. I agreed, and eight days later, with still no response, I told them that I would be using another service, and they didn't even seem to care. This company is not proactive at all.

Our outstanding reputation and thousands of very satisfied customers speak for itself. We are sorry that customer Todd Dahmann is dissatisfied with the service. We cannot guarantee ship dates, especially in winter, and nobody else can either or should not. The harsh winter weather the last couple weeks made it very tough on everybody. We wish Todd Dahmann lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
