Years ago, I shipped my two cars from the east coast to California. Back then the experience wasn't good: the cars were picked up soon, but stayed somewhere in the middle for two weeks.
This time, the car was picked up soon after I placed the order on line. In fact, I called them to delay by 4 days for pick up since I needed more time to pack. The driver and the company representative were both accommodating. Also, I'm very glad that the car went directly to the destination. The result is, I don't need to rent a car for the first couple of weeks in the new place and the car wasn't muddy when I got it.
The driver was very friendly when picking up and dropping off the car. I'll re-use their service next time.
