No follow up. Poor c ustomer service. No response in 60 days.

I booked a pretty straight forward shipment of a vehicle from New York to Iowa. I was not in a rush for the vehicle but I "Turbo Charged" the order anyway to assist in the scheduling of the shipment. I waited 60 days and made multiple phone calls over a 2 month period of time. The order was never scheduled for pick up?? No viable reasons were given for the extensive lead time and no effort was ever made by Direct Express Auto Transport to follow up on the order or to inform me of any issues. They are a "take the money and run" outfit. No sign of effort on their part to assist or "make it happen". I am flying an employee to pick up the vehicle and drive it back... I could have done this months ago if they had been up front and honest!!!

Our outstanding reputation and thousands of very satisfied customers speak for itself. We are sorry that customer Jeff Frake is dissatisfied with the service. Mr. Frake was fully informed at least ten days after his first available date that Horseheads, NY near the PA border was a horrible location in the winter. That is why he hung in there for two months, but some places are just too remote. We wish Jeff Frake lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
