The company personnel were very friendly. The quote for transport was competitive, and the process was explained thoroughly. Insurance for the vehicle was provided. As soon as I agreed to move forward, I received emails explaining the process and contract. Shortly thereafter I was contacted by the local transporter for the pickup and delivery. Again, very friendly and honest. I was kept informed continuously of the timing of pickup and delivery. I was called ahead of time to plan for the delivery. All in all, a very trouble free experience that was rewarded with a new car transported across the country, all completed within 6 days.
