Very good experience

Bought a vehicle at a dealership and they delayed completion of paperwork which messed up the timing for pick up of our vehicle. I called Direct Express and they made the change with a smile in their voices and reassured me that everything would be OK. Within a day we were back on track. Very friendly people here with a strong customer-service orientation. The only thing negative I could say is the truck driver wasn't much on proactive communication about when the vehicle was picked up or to be delivered. We had to reach out to him to do all that. Small thing, but when your new car is "in transport," the smallest communication is reassuring and helps busy people plan. Thanks for a great experience!
