After doing some research online i found this company to have the best price. They bet the other companies by approx. $200.00. I was setting this transport up for an elderly couple and was a little sceptical for fear that this would be a rip off. Direct Express was very very helpful from the telephone conversations to the pick-up and delivery. The transport driver had originally called and related that he would pickup the vehicle around 4pm and called a few hours later to relate that he had some travel issues and would be a few hours late, but would be here around 7pm. The few hours didn't bother me and i was very impressed that he had enought common curtiscy to call and let me know that he would be late. There was do damage to the vehicle and it arrived in the same shape as it left. I called Direct Express on a Monday and the vehicle was picked up that Thursday and delivered in RI on Friday. Very Good Service. Transporting vehicles is not something that i do everyday. I would be willing to use this company again and again and i would highly recommended this company to anyone!
