Let's see if we have this right? Customer Elizabeth of California received her Volvo S60 from Ohio in just a few days in perfect condition (fantastic service!) but is complaining because a broker got it done? That's very funny. That's like getting mad at Expedia.com because they don't actually have their own planes or hotels. Elizabeth, without us, it is unlikely you would have ever found the truck driver making that run when you wanted to go.
