Great delivery

I started off with wonderful service with Direct Express but the question I forgot to ask, "IS YOUR COMPANY PICKING UP MY CAR?" They were very nice on the phone and quoted me a great price (750.00) I later got an email to tell me my car was assigned to a driver when I found out the driver was an independent trucking company I was mad because this was not expressed to me over the phone. After Direct Express Auto got my money (deposit) they were very rude to me when I tried to call back and get information on my car ( kept me on hold for a long time). They Told me my car was assigned to a trucking company by the name of Cars Across America. Fortunately, I lucked out and got a really great driver by the name of Fabin. He told me next time to cut out the broker (middle man), and it will save a lot of money in the future.

Direct Express please dont take people money and treat them with bad service afterwards.

Let's see if we have this right? Customer Elizabeth of California received her Volvo S60 from Ohio in just a few days in perfect condition (fantastic service!) but is complaining because a broker got it done? That's very funny. That's like getting mad at Expedia.com because they don't actually have their own planes or hotels. Elizabeth, without us, it is unlikely you would have ever found the truck driver making that run when you wanted to go. We wish Elizabeth good luck in all her future endeavors.
