I have shipped a car 2x a year for the past 8 years between NJ-Calif-Florida and back. 2 years ago I found Direct Express and have used them solely since. They are easy to schedule, quote a price same day, the price is firm (and fair), and pick-up and deliver the car within as accurate as possible time frame (no complaint here). They are very accessible and answer emails same day with information about your order. I have found that reliability is the key in an auto transport. I believe you can trust Direct to do the job right and get you your car safe. That is everything you want from a carrier- get your car shipped at a fair price. I plan to use them again in the future. For the record: Direct offered a $10 rebate if I submitted a review. I spend over $2000 a year in car transport and $10 is hardly an influencing factor.
