I called Direct Express Auto Transport and spoke to one of their operators. She was friendly and explained the complete process of transporting my vehicle. After I decided to use their company and gave them my deposit, she asked when my car would be ready to be picked up. When I told her immediately, she said a driver would contact me in a day or so. Well, a driver called me within 2 hours of my initial contact and asked if it was ok to pick up the car that evening! When I said yes, George, the driver told me when he would be at my home. George came to my home, on time, and picked up the car. He was very friendly and loaded up the car very quickly. He also told me when he expected to arrive at the delivery point. So it was less than 6 HOURS from the time of my initial phone call to Direct Express Auto Transport until the car was out of my garage! I would definitely use them again!
