My experience with Direct Auto Express Transport was better than expected. It was our first time shipping a car across country. I was contacted by e-mail within 24 hours with the name of our transporter, Southport Auto Transport located in Wisc. He called us via his cell phone the next day with info. on approx. pick-up time and to verify that that would work for us.
