I was very nervous about sending my car across the US, but the customer service was exceptional at Direct Express Auto. I thought it would take about 2 weeks for my car to get from Knoxville, TN to Los Angeles, CA, but it got there in 3-4 days. My car was picked about a day early, which was fine with me and was delivered early. The driver delivered right next to my apartment in great condition.
