Overall I had a good experience with Direct Express Auto Transport. Everything was set up online. Part of the cost was paid up front and the rest was paid to the driver either in cash or money order. The carrier picked up my car 5 days after the earliest pick up date. He was very open and honest. He also called to keep me up to date on where he was and when he would pick up and drop off my car. To move my car (VW Passat) from Albuquerque, NM to the Raleigh area in North Carolina it cost $877. The car was dropped off two days after pick up. Just as a note, I knew that I needed to be flexible with the pick up and delivery, so the large window for pick up wasn't a problem for me.
