Fantastic company in which to do business!! It was very easy to schedule pick up and delivery. The first representative that took my order, Paula, was extremely knowledge and polite, as were subsequent representatives. The price quoted on the online quote page was exactly what was charged; no hidden fee. After scheduling pick-up, we realized that there may be a possible delivery conflict on our part. We called the company to change pick up/ off day/time and it took less than five minutes. Also, representative provided direlct contact number for the truck driver. Although the confirmation email said that payment, other than the $150 deposit, would only be accepted at delivery, the pick up driver allowed us to pay at pick up since our teenage daughter would not have the balance on her end at off. Everything was cut and dry and on the up and up. Very honest, trustworthy, and reputable company. WOULD DEFINITELY USE HEM AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
