I had originally placed an order with Cascade Auto Transport for my Lexus to be shipped from California to Ohio, and I was assured from the person who I placed the order with that my delivery route was very popular and that within a few days I would get a driver assigned, but at the absolute most it would be 1 week. I was fine with that, however the days went by and I did not hear anything. After 6 days I called and spoke to someone who was very rude and then told me that it could take up to 10 days for them to find a carrier. I was very upset because I was being very nice but the other person was being so rude, so I canceled my order and went with Direct Express Auto Transport - and it was a very good move ( and also $150 cheaper than Cascade!!)
I was extremely nervous about shipping my car, but the experience was great. They used Queen Shipping as the carrier, and the person was professional and nice and I got his direct cell number. I was already at my destination so my family members had to drop my car off with him. I received the car with no damage, and it was actually relatively clean which was a nice surprise!. I would definitely recommend Direct Express Auto Transport as they delivered my car to the other side of the nation with no damage, and they were very prompt. From pickup to delivery it only took 5 days. It took about a week for them to pick the car up from the time I placed the other.
