Setting up the transport was convenient and efficient with the on-line menu, and the price was less than I expected to pay for two cars (Lexus GS-300 and a Toyota 4-Runner). I set this up for a couple moving out-of-state and the cars arrived undamaged within three to four days. Pick-up was on-time, although I had to drive the cars to a side street several blocks away because the carrier could not navigate the alley behind the apartment.
The price was very competitive, although I expected to see a discount since two cars were going to the same address. When I checked the price if each car were shipped alone, however, the total came out the same.
I would definately use Direct Express again. The communication about pick-up day was the only slight problem, but this was on the Carrier as they left a message with the person accepting delivery instead of calling me, so I had to contact Direct Express to get this information.
