In July 2008 I used Direct Express Auto Transport to move two cars from Minnesota to California. I used open transport, so, of course, the car surfaces were dirty as should be expected. I was not at the pick up site but I was told that the driver was prompt and polite. As the delivery date came close, the driver communicated with me on a regular basis, so there were no surprises. At delivery, the driver was on time and moved the cars off the truck in a careful manner. The price was very good. Customer service was helpful and informative. Overall, I was very pleased and would use this company again and would refer friends to this company.
