Once I booked the move online, Direct Express assigned a truck company to pickup my car within an hour. Unfortunately the assigned truck had mechanical issues and the driver wasn't sure when he could actually pickup the truck. Then I contacted the 1-800 number of Direct Express and they immediately reassigned me to another trucking company (Caltex). It was smooth sailing from then on. They picked up the car that very evening and delivered it in 2 days flat (Austin, Tx to Redwood City, CA).
Overall, very impressed.
