This was my first time having a vehicle transported and I was warned by others to beware. This was the second company I contacted for a quote. The whole process was explained thoroughly, the price was fair and I decided to book it. I was told the pickup and delivery would occur within a given time frame and I would be contacted within the next few days with the details. I had a confirmation within an hour of my call and a confirmed pick up day within another hour. The driver called me a few times to keep me informed of his approximate arrival time. We then inspected the car together and the car was carefully loaded on the trailer. The driver was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional and cared about his customers and their precious cargo. There was one minor problem though. The valve stem on one of the front tires was accidentally damaged during the process of securing the vehicle on the trailer and the tire lost air. The driver did have it repaired at his own cost and when it was found that the tire pressure sensor was also damaged in the process he reimbursed me for the cost of the part! I was impressed by his honesty and integrity since somebody else received the car when it arrived at the destination and he could have easily fooled them. The car was delivered in excellent condition and the driver also kept the person receiving the car appraised of his location and approximate arrival time. Overall this was an excellent transaction and the service, response time and professionalism of the carrier far exceeded my expectations. I would use this company again and highly recommend them to others. Yes, I was given a $25 discount for submitting this review, but that did not influence my opinion or comments because I would have received it either way, favorable or unfavorable.
