This was the third time using Direct Express and outside of the mishap we had with the first transport carrier assigned to us.Your customer service was quick to redirect another carrier and after inspecting our vehicle to make sure there was no damage from the first carrier it was loaded and shipped out the same day. I will use Direct Express in the future if I am in need of transporting another vehicle.
The only advise I personally would give is to make sure the transport company that is dispatched has the proper vehicle ramps to load a vehicle.
