I am so glad to have found this company. Needed to ship a vehicle we purchased out of state for our college student. Got really discouraged when getting quotes from other companies, not sure of reliability, scamming on quotes, etc. So we prayed and God answered by sending my sister an email from Direct the very next day. They had used the company two years prior and were happy with the service.Talk about divine intervention! Just when we needed it! I spoke with Jessica who was extremely helpful in calming my nervous heart about the whole process. She gave me a fair quote and I felt like we were supposed to go with that. We were not sorry. Our car was picked up within a few days and 3 days later was in front of our house, safe and sound with lots of smashed bugs on the back windshield! We were so happy and our college student was thrilled to have the car! Our driver called often to give us updates on arrival and was very nice upon delivery. We knew exactly how much we owed him and everything went like clockwork. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs to ship their vehicle! Direct provided a great experience!
