The original quote was actually lower than many other companies and the initial customer service was great. What was not disclosed was that there were 24 other cars in the same area waiting to get shipped and they could not give me a date of when the car would ship. When I asked what the options were I was told to pay more money and my car would possible get picked up by a transporter. I wish I would have known this from the very start as I would have then just paid more money upfron and had the car shipped faster, or gone with another company, paid more money and shipped immediately.
