I had a wonderful first experience with Direct Express. The driver (Greg) was professional. He kept in-touch with me trough out the whole shipping process. What I was so happy about was the fact Greg came and took my car the first day that I made it available and he also delivered my car the same day that I arrived to MO, so he made the whole process very easy and convenient for me and I really appreciated that. He gave me my car back in the same condition that I gave him, except that it was a little dirty and that was expected since my car was shipped on open truck. The "door to door" service need a little improvement because I didn't exactly get a "door to door" service, I didn't mind it much because I have wonderful friends and family who didn't have a problem giving me rides. But I am sure Greg wouldn't have a problem giving me a ride and delivering my car to my door if I didn't have rides. Thank you Greg and Direct Express, please keep up the wonderful job because consistency is very important!
