The car was picked up 6 days after my requested date and arrived one day earlier than I anticipated to its destination (great!). However, my car (which I had cleaned before shipping) was FILTHY when it arrived, COVERED in hundreds of globs of motor oil which spattered along the entire body of the car, to the degree that I couldn't even see through the windshield to drive it home from the dropoff spot it had become so brown and opaque even my wipers just slimed it around. The car is undamaged but it was expensive to clean off this caked on oil that had been dripped, probably from a car above onto mine then blown back across the entire body of my car. I expect my car to be covered in bugs and general road junk after being in an open carrier for 3000 miles, but this was completely next level. So did the car arrive safely? You bet. Was it in the same condition as when I dropped it off? Not even close.
