Their website gave 3 levels of quotes, with each level giving a higher probability of a carrier accepting the job (and costing more). I used the medium level and had an acceptance the next day and my car was picked up the day after that. The trucker's estimate for delivery was 9 days after pick up, but they delivered it a day early. The trucker called me the day before delivery to set up a time and was very professional/friendly. The car was delivered clean (enclosed trailer) and in good shape.
