The website is very user-friendly. They clearly provided the rates without soliciting any personal information. They provided the best rate. You can setup shipment using an online form which is easy and simple. Since this was our first time using the company, we decided to speak to someone before placing the order. The Customer service rep was very friendly and professional. She addressed my questions and concerns regarding shipment dates before placing the order.
The Driver was also very professional. He arrived exactly on the estimated pickup date and delivered the vehicle promptly.
