This was my second car transport using Direct Express Auto Transport. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The driver, Roger, was exceptional. Roger was informative about the transport process and expected delivery timeline and stayed in communication during the entire process. I handed my car over feeling confident that it would be well cared for during the transport. Based on my experiences, I would recommend Direct Express Auto Transport to friends and family. They were very responsive to my initial booking inquiry, communicative regarding pick up/delivery timeline and the interactions were professional and pleasant. My car arrived at the final destination in good condition and on time.
