This was my first experience using a car transport company. It went better than I expected. I loved the fact that you can go on Direct Express's website and get an immediate and truthful quote. I submitted the available date for pick up was that same day and within an hour the driver called to confirm an evening pick up. He picked up on Friday evening and delivered on Monday evening, as promised. The service was professional, efficient and reasonably priced. I would use Direct Express again. I would also highly recommend them.
