Having never used a car transport company, let alone an open carrier I was a little worried about the condition the minivan might be in when it arrived at it's destination. My worries quickly disappeared when it arrived looking as good as when it left. While the driver, Alex from Umbrella Auto Transport, was a bit difficult to understand and seemed to be in a rush to move on (both at the pick up and destination sites) he did a great job delivering our minivan to Colorado from New Jersey in 3 days and in great condition. I would easily recommend Direct Express to a friend and would use it again in a heartbeat.
