Having to fill out these on-line forms is sometimes exercise in futility. This was the second time in 3 months that I had to transport vehicles and after much searching and filling out online forms I decided on Direct Express not only for their price but for their quick and professional manner in which they responded. I received photographs of the cars before they were loaded and once they were loaded. This extra effort on the driver's behalf showed courtesy by a company employee. When the cars arrived again more photographs.
What next a GPS tracker or a live camera view of the trip?
It may only be a car but they treated at has though they were a member of the family.
