I have never transported a vehicle before and I really lucked out with Direct Express. They sent an immediate quote, followed up with a request for a very nominal registration fee, and were so kind in every interaction. I was so impressed with the registration process that I suggested that my ex-husband (on good terms) use them when his company fell through. He was likewise delighted with their service. When I told my driver that I was worried since I had brand new tires ($640) on my 2001 subaru forester, he was very tactful in his response but allowed as how he was transporting two brand new mercedes-benzs so I need not worry. When the car arrived in Massachusetts the battery was dead. (I didn't remember to get a battery that could deal with 19 degree weather. The amazing driver was able to take it off the truck using the emergency brake and pointing the nose up. I was so impressed with his ability to handle this and to make it across the country in record time. He responded that he had been doing it for 35 years and he loves to drive. I will definitely use direct express again.
