I was very nervous about the car shipment process, but I felt good about this company after reading all of the reviews and customer feedback. I was more worried when I found out that Direct Express didn't put my vehicle pick-up into the system until the earliest possible pick-up date I had stated, as I thought this would significantly delay the process. But all went well! The car was picked up on the second day of the 7 day waiting period, and was in California just 4 days after. The only thing a little frustrating was the driver, as he was a little hard to understand, but the whole process was great. I would feel comfortable recommending this service to anyone.
