Easy to ship. Credit card given for initial deposit and money order was required for delivery (I think cash was an option but I opted for the money order). Car arrived without damage, nothing stolen, no horror story. I would only ask for better communication. I had to call the company for an ETA on delivery and it happened to be that day within 3-4 hours of the call. The driver did end up calling me about an hour after I made the call and I asked the driver to give me 10 minutes notice since I had to walk to meet him at the area of drop-off. He agreed and then forgot. So he just had to wait an extra 10 minutes to get paid. This driver though was not part of Direct Express, he was a driver with another towing company. Oh and make sure you ask the towing company who the money order is made out to. Mine was not the same name as the towing company or Direct Express. Glad I asked beforehand.
