At the beginning my experience with the company was very frustrating. Every time I called, I received a different answer. Once the supervisor got involved, everything went smoothly. Most of my frustration came from the driver not calling me 24 hours before picking up my car as I was told he would. However, the company worked with me to get it resolved and the driver ended up being very professional and transported my car promptly and without damages. I think maybe he was just busy.
