I paid the extra charge for the rush service. What I figured out after the fact, is that the rush charge has nothing to do with the delivery of the vehicle by the truck driver. It has to do with how quickly you are assigned to a truck. Not sure if this was beneficial at all. My first available day was on a Friday and it was assigned on a Monday. Then, it was two days later that the car was picked up. Truck driver was nice, but right off the bat he says he has to stop off for his sons birthday party. At that point there was little I could do. So essentially, I paid extra rental car days so he could go to a party. You would think that if someone has a rush request and paid for it, that the person assigning us to a truck would ask the truck driver if he had any anticipated delays. Not sure if I would use this service again. If I did, I wouldn't pay a rush fee. That was a total rip off. Vehicle arrived in good shape.
