AS soon as I made payment I received an email and a second email once a carrier was found. Unfortunately my car was not ready to be picked up as I had wanted. But as soon as I called them and told them about it I had a second carrier arranged for pick up at a later date. They were very prompt and delivery was on time , was very happy with their service.
