Kelly answered all my questions without rushing me. She was the difference between going to another company. she treated me like she would want someone to treat her. I am in the service business . The driver was very professional as well. He took my baby (my car away) that can be hard for a guy but he made it feel ok. When I had a question he picked up his cell phone promptly. This is what I expected. You often don't get what want anymore. Watch out I may steal Kelly away for my business
