Overall, it was a good experience. The positives were the timeliness of the pickup and delivery as well as the general condition of the car (no damage, break-ins, or theft). The only negatives were:
1) our car was placed underneath a very old car on the carrier...and that car leaked oil onto our car. I wouldn't say this was necessarily the auto-carrier's fault...but, precautions could have been taken to ensure something like this wouldn't happen.
2) Upon delivery, we found out that payment was to be in the form of cashier's check or cash. Luckily, we were able to convince them to take a PayPal payment (with an additional service fee). Would have been nicer had they been able to process a credit card directly.
