Overall, I had a good experience. The truck assigned for pickup was on short notice (3 hours) but I was informed about delivery the night before the vehicle arrived. The driver stayed in contact with me about delays and gave me a 2 hour window of his arrival. He showed up right in the middle of the window. The car was undamaged and everything went smoothly. It only took 5 days to ship across country, which I was thrilled with. I would recommend this company.
