Driver contacted me for the car pick-up a day ahead of time with an approximate time and came within the two hour window. Was friendly and professional.
Car was delivered within the allotted window and in the same condition as when we shipped it.
One helpful hint - the pick-up and delivery go best if there is plenty of room for the driver to maneuver his large transport around. A large parking lot or a wide, straight street with side parking work best.
Have shipped four cars across country with no problem.
