My overall experiece was excellent. I liked the fact that I was able to see the price from the get-go and not an 'estimated' price when I ran my search in which the final actual price was much more then the estimate. I also appreciated the fact that Wesley, the driver contacted me a day ahead to tell me that he was going to be late due to heavy traffic. If you want great price and reliablilty, then Direct Express is the company you should trust your car with. This is the second time in 6 years that I've done business with them and will do so again in the future!!!
