Scheduling my vehicle delivery through Direct Express was surprisingly easy and hassle-free. Due to the rural location of my vehicle, I was originally told to expect up to 2 weeks for a carrier to contact me with a pickup date/time. To my surprise, I was contacted within 24 hours by the driver and pickup/delivery was scheduled in less than 5 minutes. The vehicle was delivered without any issues. I would not hesitate to contract through Direct Express in the future.
