Ashley said that window of 7 days to pick-up auto. Actually and unexpectedly, Osso Corporation called and requested pickup at 6pm the next day. The delivery was in 3 days to Stillwater OK. Driver was very courteous. I have used Direct Express Auto Express more than 1 time. I am very satisfied with their promptness and service.
