The pick-up was on time, and I had an aggressive pick-up timeline to meet; the pick-up driver was polite, efficient and explained everything. The delivery was very prompt ~ pick-up Thursday around noon in NJ and dropped off Saturday around 5pm in South Florida. The car was dirty, but I selected an open carrier and the rain in the Carolinas was heavy. A quick car wash and it looked like new again! If I have need to transport a car again, in either direction, I will definitely reach out to Direct Express Auto Transport.
